The Registration Fees for ACM or SIGWEB Members, Non-Members, Students include:

  • Access to all main conference sessions (22-23 September)
  • Printed and eProceedings (USB)
  • Coffee/Refreshment breaks
  • Lunch on 22 and 23 September
  • Conference dinner

Additional proceedings (printed or eProceedigns on USB stick) can be ordered through the on-line registration form. Additional banquet tickets can be ordered similarly through the on-line registration form.

Working Session fees (for all delegates)

Note that the two working sessions run in parallel on 21 September from 14:00 to 17:30. Fees include access to the session and refreshments.

Deadline

Authors & early registrationJuly 12, 2010

Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the authors before the above deadline.

  • Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying regular registration fees (not student fee). Papers submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings. Please note that this fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.
  • Should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication although other authors are encouraged to register and participate in the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy

As stated above, at least one author for each accepted paper must register for the symposium by the final camera-ready paper deadline and attend the symposium to present the paper. Papers for no-show authors may be withdrawn from the ACM Digital Library based on the decision of the symposium officials. Refunds of registrations in the above cases are not possible.

All other registrations (not essential for papers to appear in the proceedings) can be cancelled. If cancelled on or before 13 August 2010, 50% of the total cost will be refunded. After that date no refund is possible.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the DocEng2010 Organisers. All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Methods of Payment

Payments are to be made in US Dollars through the on-line registration site. Credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) as well as cheques and bank transfers.

Only credit cards are accepted for on-site registration.
